I specialize in holistic and integrative therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other methods necessary to meet each of you where you are to help get you exactly where you want to be!

I have more than 10 years of experience in providing quality mental health services. I have a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology but truly believe education is only a piece of the puzzle required to promote healing.
