Once you submit our Contact form, a member of our team will promptly reach out to you to schedule your free consultation and register you as a client (within 24 business hours). We will then schedule your first appointment, and you will receive a secure link for your online therapy session. At your scheduled time, click the link from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will see and hear your therapist in real time, just like an in-office visit.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes, very! Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, and more. Many clients also find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own space and see better outcomes with online therapy due to it eliminating traditional barriers such as extra time to commute, extra expense in the cost of travel, and difficulty finding local, specialized care.

How do you schedule a session?

If you are a new client, please fill out the contact form and we will assist you in registering and creating a secure online portal. Once you are registered, you will be able to book and manage all appointments directly through our secure client portal. New clients can typically be seen within the same week. How long is each session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Your therapist will discuss the best session length and frequency for your needs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Here, you are our priority. Your therapist reserves a spot just for you on their schedule once an appointment is booked. For that reason, we ask that you cancel or reschedule all appointments with 24 hours’ notice, or we may charge a no-show or late-cancellation fee (unless waived due to emergent or crisis situations).
